Residents of the Third World. The Third World, also called the developing world, typically referring to the poorest countries in the world. Most often used as a "clever" means of referring to non-white, minority, or native populations.

Jane and I really enjoyed my trip to the resort, but the moment you stepped off the property nothing but 3rdies trying to rob you or to sell cheap souvenirs. Get a real job you lazy thieves!
