A man who:
1) Is slow at any given task, job or life.
2) Either through inaction or action will, either slightly or drastically, inconvenience others.
3) Does not care about his job.
Corollary:
1) A Kenny does not necessarily need to possess the name Kenny. A Kenny can appear anywhere, and can be anyone. A common hobo, your Dad, the pope, the kid across the street who rides the short bus, or the guy who serves you food.
2) A Kenny can be female, but if and only if she slightly resembles a man and/or has a mustache (fake mustaches are included in this definition)

Anyone who does not show up when their friends decide to hang out more than 50% of the time. Doesn't matter what reason you have for being late. Doesn't matter if you if you are a college student busy with work, a parent who works three jobs and kids to take care of, or even if you are the pope. If you do not show up to hang out with your friends, you are a chump and will forever be known as chumpy.
Friends: "We are hanging out and gonna play d&d. You in?"
Kaylee: "I cant, i have to work. No time for it."
Friends: "Dammit Kaylee. This is d&d! Don't be a chump."
Kaylee: "But i have to work!"
Friends: "You shall forever be known as chumpy. How do you feel about yourself right now?"
Kaylee: "I cant, i have to work. No time for it."
Friends: "Dammit Kaylee. This is d&d! Don't be a chump."
