A derogatory term used when only a man brags about abusing a women or another man in a physical, sexual or emotional sense, but not really doing it. Often used amongst friends and colleagues to describe a situation where they have tried to inflate their egos with stories of dominating someone.

A form of yoga where the participants are doing yoga at a gym and don't really know yoga! They are usually dumb bodybuilders who think they are conected spiritually.
