The act of eating way to much pizza and reaching a point of regret in which throwing up feels imminent. Pizza cancer is often achieved at a pizza buffet with extra greasy pizza.

Guy 1: What's wrong with Bill he looks like he's about to die?

Guy 2: He's fine he just got pizza cancer at lunch.
