Pushpop is a term usually used by the elderly to insult kids without using crude words. Many times used to replace "you little shit!"

"Give me a break old man!"
"You better watch it pushpop!"

"Get off my lawn pushpop!"
"Put on some pants grandpa!"

"Those darned kids and there pop music!"
"I know Alfred, those pushpops better turn of that Miley Gaga."
