When one is possessed to use unnecessary punctuation at a belligerent rate.

I felt the copyriter was Punctuwasted when I read his copy: "the people were happy—but—when it came time—to accept the cows; Maudril, "The Wizard" appeared…with great "anger," and "ill will."
