IPB 

IPB - is short for "in-public boner" and is best described as an erection occurring at the most inopportune moments while a man is out in public. Causing much embarrassment, an IPB can occur randomly or as a result of seeing one or many sexy things.

John was shopping at the mall and, after noticing all the sexy ladies, he got an IPB and had to hide it with his shopping bags.
