Derived from the accident that almost killed youtuber Kentucky Ballistics, the Kentucky plug is where you shove your thumb into places it really shouldn't be shoved, yet somehow just makes sense... like sticking your thumb in the pooper
I was banging her from behind and her butt looked so good, I had to give her the Ol' kentucky Plug. I cant remember much else after that, because she grabbed the lamp next to the bed and smashed me over the head with it

Rat Shit is used to exclaim displeasure or uselessness/exhaustion. It is similar to fuck, in that is can be a Noun and a verb.
"You coming to the Pub? "
