Sex term used to describe an arrangement between sexual partners where a male partner is not allowed to achieve orgasm in or on the other partner, but is permitted to achieve orgasm near the other partner, usually from a specified distance.
Johnny and Katie are sexual partners. Katie is scared to death about getting pregnant (and potentially uneducated about how pregnancy is achieved) so she serves Johnny with a Sexparté with a distance of 3 feet. Johnny is forbidden from achieving orgasm within the 3 foot boundary for as long as Katie maintains the Sexparté.
