Best described as a very angular hair cut, longer in the front, and stacked in the back. Most commonly found bleached to compliment the black, thinly drawn, overly arched eyebrows and the dark lined lips. Usually this term refers to white girls who just want to "let everyone know how they roll."

Think Kim Mathers' make up and Catherine Zeta Jones' character in "Chicago", Velma Kelly.
