A guy who is laid back, can't really dance, but believes he can. He can talk a lot of smack and often cannot back it up. He is an elite level simp and will prove it without even knowing it.

An elite level simp who will flake last minute on any plans for simp related activites. They often think they can dance but that is the opposite and like with their dancing skills, they can talk a lot of smack but often will never back it up and always have an excuse to avoid doing so.
