Used Specifically for spewage at strangers in the east bay. This term is usually yelled at maximum volume at random people on the street in drive by fashion. The term was created by students at Albany High School in the class of 2019.

That one science teacher that works at Albany High School who only comes to school to get his check. His special skill is not giving a shit and handing out worksheets for the whole class.
Mr. Murray expects us to know dimensional analysis but yet he never teaches us how to calculate any of it, what a boof ass class.
