(Direct Sales Industry Specific) The icky parts of direct sales have given it a bad rap. i.e., complicate compensation plans, making people store and drop-ship large amounts of stock, lack of comprehensive training resulting in sales affiliates harassing family and friends instead of being able to find new customers.
Laura has removed the ick factor from the direct sales channel, to allow sales affiliates to be successful.
