To talk about something as if you were an expert, despite the fact that you have no idea what you are talking about. Many times this is the result of someone fumbling through a simple task, making it exponentially more difficult than it needs to be. This person may then report to their management the level of difficulty encountered during the implementation and manage to convince the organization that he is indispensable. Individuals who "hule it" may fail an industry standard examination, only to claim the test itself was wrong rather admit fault or ignorance. Individuals who "hule it" are disrespected by their peers, but somehow thrive in the business place, often failing up into senior level positions, earning salaries many times what they are actually worth.
"Hey, why does every single system in this company suck SO BAD?"
"I guess who ever built it didn't know wtf they were doing and decided to hule it."
