The act of peeing into a used condom while still in the vagina of an unsuspecting woman. The penis is carefully extracted, and the urine and semen-filled condom is tied off (like a water balloon), and left inside the vagina.

The state of balance in an ongoing arrangement with a girl in which you are able to have regular unprotected sex with her, yet are not in, nor subject to the requirements of, a defined girlfriend/boyfriend relationship.
TC obtained Raw Dog Equilibrium (RDE) with Katie and was having regular unprotected sex with her. During this time TC could associate with other girls, without the guilt of being someone's boyfriend. He would take Katie out on dates, spend the night, yet skillfully avoided deeper conversations.
