(Adjective) Socially absurd individuals with obvious signs of mental disorders bordering on special needs. (Excludes autism and physical handicaps) A less offensive term than the r-word. Based on select users of the popular phone app TikTok. Refers mostly to the psychologically oblivious sub-groups who tend to post on the aforementioned app such as juggalos and people who are REALLY into goth culture to the point of posting videos as their pseudo personas. Common symptoms are poor lighting, shirtless males, poor camera angles, and a visually apparent lack of oral hygiene.
