A term used to describe when a car appears to close to pull out in front of but in actuality the car is moving impossibly slow so you have to wait forever for the car to pass. Named after Bozeman Montana where the phenomena is very common. Also called "6 Plated" because in Montana 6 is the number for the county Bozeman is located in.
Damn, I just got Bozemaned. A kid on crutches could have crossed the street before that car got here.
The Black out Integra is a 1991 Acura Integra that roams the streets of Levittown PA, The Blackout gets it's name from it's look, black body, black rims and tinted windows. It is said to have around 400hp, This car is not seen during the day very often it is normally seen at night and will occasionally do solo speed runs down route 13. It is not seen at car meets much so the driver does not seem to belong any car club. It became well known for beating a heavily modified GT500 which was quickly spread around Facebook the following day.

Rice stands for Race inspired cosmetic enhancements. These would be spoilers big enough to knock over a stop light that have no aerodynamic benefits, cheap hubcaps made to replicate rims such as volks, Drop center BBS ect. 24 inch chrome rims on cars like a Civic or camry, Ugly or stupid looking vinyls, ugly non functional body kits or wide bodys, neon lights, speakers that fill the whole trunk.
an example of non rice would be a clean Honda Civic 18 inch volk rims a few stickers here and there lowered an inch or two and most of the money put into the engine.
