Changing Gears

First, one takes a pair of scissors and places one end in the hole of a females vagina and the other end in her rectum, then pushes the scissors closed, cutting the Taint therefore connecting the vaginal passage with the anal passage. Second, one begins to have vaginal intercourse with the female periodically shifting his penis through the newly created, "gear Manifold" if you will, from vagina to rectum.
