A portmanteau of "duh" and "DUI", used to describe an obvious drunk driver. Only works in text, as it's not pronounceable.
Mark: I was passing this guy on the interstate, and he almost ran me off the road.
Sam: Was he drunk?
Mark: Yeah, totally DUIH.
