8oz burger fart occurs when there is no toilet during a BBQ and end up shitting in a pair of burger buns (Safety buns)
Safety buns are held under the fart to catch the poo.

Gordon: "Eaten too much meat today Barry... i need a shit"
Barry: "The toilet is broken..... Here are some safety buns!"
Gordon: "I've just landed a 8oz burger fart"
