Refers to the english subbed hentai site: Hentaihaven.org. The site is known to have humorous descriptions of their video, It was in one of these descriptions that the site refers to itself as "Papa HH" with the original line said as "Gather around the fire kids, Papa HH is gonna tell you a scary story" The video in which this description was used was found to be disturbing to many normies, a giant ghost woman rapes a young child. Thus the site has since been referred to as Papa HH
