When a game "developer" creates a game based solely on sales; without an original thought.
A Game Merchant's work is most commonly seen in a series of games. i.e. Call of Duty. The game play stays the same, or in some cases degrades, but just enough "new" is added to sell another round.

Effectively "cash cow" milking.
