Basically a mix of the word "reet"; that screechy noise made in horror movies, and the slang word "skurt". It means hightailing your ass out of a bad situation in a hasty, nearly comical, manner. It can also be an exclamation similar to "oh shit" or used casually to mean "well... um, that's... uh... weird?"
Josh: He came at me with a gun!
Kate: ... Oh my god, what did you do?
Josh: Bitch, I fuckin' ran, that's what I did. I was like, "oh hell naw".... then I fuckin' skreeted my ass outta there.

A mix of the words Scrotum and Throat. It is a term to describe speechlessness. It's also what my sister calls her cat. Why she calls her cat a Scrotum-Throat, I do not know. She just does.
