This word has been used for a couple I hang out with. A friend said, " They are in the Love "Bubble".
Meaning they are so in love that they are oblivious to what is going on around them. They are in the "bubble". The " Love Bubble".

To be in the bubble you are oblivious of your surroundings. A relationship that is so hot you only see each other. You are in the Bubble!
