A man of tall stature with an extreme sense of self confidence that comes from seemingly nowhere. Believes he is high and mighty to shove his opinion in anywhere he wants, and has a neck that appears as large as a Snake's mouth whenever it's jaw is unhinged, ready to eat anything passing by annoyingly slow.
