A crime a (bad) cop charges you because they believe the presence of a badge means that all civilians must comply with all of said cop's orders. Legally, this is not obstruction of a police officer, as that requires the order to be lawful, hence differentiating obstruction of a police officer from obstruction of cop.
Cst. O'Pig: I said GIVE ME YOUR ID
Anonymous Person: I am not legally required to, by the 4th Amendment.
Cst. O'Pig: I'll have to arrest you

A low-resolution photograph of an individual, usually taken from a distance at maximum zoom with an iPhone camera, and then zoomed in further. The end result is a Sawadagraph that vaguely resembles the subject, enough to be recognized by an acquaintance but not a stranger.

A Sawadagraph is usually taken when one wants to discreetly take a picture, but does not want to get caught. It also is a simple graph with a pendant vertex at the top in terms of graph theory.
Henry: Hey, do you have any pictures of that girl?
Harvey: Well, I have a Sawadagraph of her.
Henry: Yeah, that's good enough
