Someone who has forfeited the Gods of his forefathers in exchange for the wealths of this mundane world. Rice bags have a tendency of hiding their new found faith so that they can continue to reap benefits provided by the Government and yet actively work to undermine and work against the believers of their erstwhile faith, who they now refer to as “Heathens destined to Hell, coz God hates ‘em”.
