Short for “Porta Potty”. Also called a portable restroom, portajohn, portable potty, etc. Commonly found at places that lack permanent toilet facilities, like construction sites, festivals, parks etc, this is typically a plastic shell booth with a door, where the juman waste is collected in a tank filled with a blue liquid.
