The Rack Jack Bandit is an anonymous man that appears across US NAVY ships only when at sea. He approaches in the dead of night to give his victims ruthless handjobs in their racks (bunk beds) while they're asleep.

I told my cheif that I was attacked by Rack Jack Bandit so I could get the day off.
