When a band does a cover of a previously great song. But does it so terribly that it ruins the old version.
I used to love Metallica's song "One", but since Korn did a cover of it, I can't listen to it without practically crying. A prime example of Cover Shart.

To say something is "fucking exhilarating" is to say the exact opposite. Saying something is "fucking exhilarating" is to say something was incredibly boring and/or NOT exhilarating.
Example 1:
John: hey how was you morning commute man?
Ray: it was fucking exhilarating...
John: So was mine
Example 2:
Mom: how was it at the DMV?
Son: FUCKING EXHILARATING MOM
John: hey how was you morning commute man?
Ray: it was fucking exhilarating...
John: So was mine
