Wide open: full throttle when driving a tractor. Used to describe individuals who are without caution or restraint, who have full energy or passion. No correlation to a woman's legs.

Jumper: a person inclined to make impulsive (though not necessarily bad) decisions. A person who decides quickly, then, without hesitation, is all in. Related to the concept of jumping from a ledge (which is a self-destructive version), a jumper is decisive, intuitive, and unwilling to live less than full on.
She's a jumper, you know. When she fell in love with him, she fell hard, no turning back.

Love up or shut up: means that people who claim to have a religion of love, ie followers of Jesus, should either show the love for others that their religion teaches or stop trying to push their religion or rules on people who don't believe.
The lady's roof is falling in. The woman doesn't want to hear about Satan's Hell until she's seen God's love. That church needs to love up or shut up.

I'm broken down beside the road in the rain while these people drive past me to church? What would Jesus do? They need to love up or shut up!
