Other People's Alcohol. Basically, stuff that other people brought to the party. My personal favorite kind of drink.

Mike: "My favorite drink is O.P.A."
Steve: "O.P.A.??"
Mike: "Other people's alcohol"
Steve: "Oh, yeah me too"
