The female version of the wing man. A woman will help her fellow friend break the the ice between the friend and the woman and or man of their choice. There aren't many guarantees the friend will get the person of his choosing. The wingma'am will have the same goals as a wingman but will get their in different ways.
Jake: "Hey jenny can you be my wingma'am tonight. John cant come with me tonight."
Jenny: "Sure, why not i'll get the hottest girl for you."
