A phrase used specifically to indicate your dismissal of a particular statement, event, or viewpoint.
It is used to categorize something as noise, primarily. As if something is not even valid enough to be considered having a form. In reference to a viewpoint, it would indicate it's validity being on par with random noise.
As anyone would, with some random noise blaring out of a speaker, "fuck that", is expressive of a desire to mute it.

Typical fuckboys have stupid feminine habits, hair they don't want messed up, and stupid tattoos.
Example: a guy with Justin Beiber's haircut. Small, feminine guys. Whiney dudes. Guys that have never worked a day in their lives. May have a bit of muscles but they've never actually used them for anything besides the gym, because they are vain and only concerned with how they look.
Behavior: Usually grandiosity, coupled with rudeness and base disrespect. Mild to moderate narcissism. Generally have absolutely nothing interesting to say, just look pretty but are dumb as shit.
