ScRaPeR-BiKe's definitions
A very small group of people living in Marin County who go dumb on the daily. Also refers to anyone who leads a similar lifestyle. The name "Eastpak", is derived from the brand of backpacks the members often wear. Members of the Eastpak enjoy going dumb to music genres such as "hyphy" and "club techno".
Ex. 1
Bill: "Who are those kids in that purple van going crazy?!?!"
Jim: "Im not sure, must be part of the Eastpak."
Ex. 2
Police: "Please turn down that music and get back in the car while its still moving!!!"
Sam:" Naw, you know them Eastpak boys go damn dumb!"
Jack: "Yeeeeeeee!!!"
