A Phenomenom that occurs only in Atsugi Japan, when thunder storm conditions cause dark clouds hail, thunder, high winds, and rain, all while the sun is still shining.

Oh hell! Ya'll better roll up your window's... That tornadomonsoon is rolling in quick.
