The GOAT or epitome of facial aesthetics, a camel jockey, derived from bodybuilding misc user CamelJockey, is a person with perfect, or near perfect facial aesthetics. Usually with a bald head and perfectly shaped eyebrows this is the highest compliment you can give someone on their facial looks. A camel jockey is a 10/10 by misc standards.
