Party Clown

A sexual game, usually enjoyed after a blow job in which one person creates an air-tight seal around the head of the penis with one hand and blows into the opening to inflate the foreskin, capturing air, and then releasing it in a fashion to which it imitates the sound of passing gas (known as a pueef).
