The very literal definition of the world slow. Not only sluggish, dawdling and time consuming in terms of motion, but also extremely thick and dense as far as comprehension is concerned. Side effects of being slow on the uptake involve unheralded clumsiness- effortlessly and meaninglessly falling off furniture- along with uncharted laziness, whilst simultaneously making crying like noises that resemble the music that inspires an Ayush. Being an Ayush is a genuine occupational hazard. If an Ayush lives for two decades he (and in rare crcumstances she) is considered a rare and endangered species.
