The Cat Board is a piece of plywood, or similar, with two holes cut into it which placed close together.

The user pulls a cat’s tail through one of the holes and holds it so that they may molest the feline through the other hole without fear of being seriously scratched or bitten.

The Cat Board brings to mind the infamous gloryhole although it is perhaps more related to the stocks.

The sound the feline subject produces when the Cat Board is in use is likened to that of Kasey Chambers singing.
