Also spelled "No no" or "Nono", this abrupt reply is often used to avoid answering a question and annoying the person who asked it at the same time. Originated from a scene in Family Guy where Joe Swanson visits the Fortress Of Solitude and attempts to hand Superman's maid a flyer. Can also be coupled with "Mister Superman no is here" with an appropriate accent.
Annoying Punk: "Hey dude, what was the assignment in--"
Smartass: "No, no..."
Annoying Punk: "Seriously, would you stop and answer my--"
