A government system where no nation states exist and people do whatever they want, whenever they want, however they want. This would not last, however, since factions and gangs eould arise and seize territory.

Driving as fast as you can fron NYC to LA in heavily modified cars, usually in about 29-33 hrs and sustained speeds over 100 MPH and not get your ass busted buy the cops. Record top speed is 175MPH/112 sustained. Fuckers are moving.
