A person who has had recent successes in life and got well known for their successes. A few months or so later that person fucked up and that person was well known for fucking up and everyone forgot their success.

Guy #1: Hey, what happened to Kevin? I thought that he was really popular.
Guy #2: Yup, he was. But, he bouchard-ed.
