A fuckin' weasel. You know the kind. That prick that always ends up ruining your day. That dude that steals your chick. In short, a complete asshole, one that shits all over everything he/she comes near - (team america reference right there). This person is an operator, they appear indecisive and cool at first, however they usually have a behind the scenes motive to fuck your life up.
