Following anal sex the cock is removed only to discover the intestinal lining remaining on the shaft of the penis. This anal lining is referred to as the red sock. There are depictions of ritualistic red sock parties on fragments of Hellenistic Greek vases, and it was also popular among pagan cultures in the 8th Century AD. Outlawed in 1324 by Baron von Shisenpipe it has subsequently gone underground, often enjoyed in backstreet massage parlours.
