It is usually a short version of the word ‘Percocet’ but in 2022 perc is used for the drug ‘roxy 30’s’ however they are not real roxys they are fentanyl pills.

A fiend is someone who is addicted to something but cannot afford it, so they are always begging someone for a front or begging for someone to share with them.
