A soldier in the Israel Defense Forces who has accumulated a fair amount of pazam (time in service) and is no longer considered a tza'ir (newbie).

Dude 1: "So, how long have you been in?"
Dude 2: "About a year and a half."
Dude 1: "Pssshhh... Pazamnik!"
