Definition of "Nurbaric" -
To require an extreme level of personal protection such as an armored vehicle, wall to wall and thousands of police in a city surrounded by over 100 tank-and-turtle checkpoints is excessive, ridiculous, useless, and uselessly extreme. Allowing absolutely anyone to freely move about your city regardless of your location, status or personal beliefs is non-negotiable and unidentifiably unvalid.
Use of the "Sicilian Joke"
It shows an unnecessary amount of extreme or uses a big amount, bigger than the objective it attempts to achieve. The joke's authenticity is not confirmed by the fact it was made in a notoriously violent region. Also, it is extremely specific to Italian culture and history, and as such is not a valid joke.
The word nurbaric originated in Marzamemi located in Sicily, Italy. It was used commonly by the people and I decided to bring this word to the website.
