Act of putting an entire fist into either the vagina or the asshole. It hurts like heck but can give some pretty good orgasms. Start with 1-2 fingers then add as you feel ready. The worst part is getting past the knuckles. Then the fister will move the fist back and forth, around, in a scooping motion or feel around for the g-spot. Worth a try unless you're super tight.
