Used as a demeaning word about a male who says something provocative, or use a provocative gesture, that suggest you are a idiot. Is most commonly whispered to the people surrounding you, without the guy hearing it.

Male 1: (Pushes him self aggressively in front of a row) Excuse me!
Male 2: (Whispering to friends) What a cockslut
